The Rotary Clubs of Salmaniya, Adliya, Rotaract Club of Bahrain and Rotary Satellite Club of Manama Youth jointly sorted school bags as part of the Sustainable School Bag project on Wednesday 13th July 2022. The Clubs collected 188 School bags, with lunch boxes from very generous families all over Bahrain. All collected items have been cleaned up and sorted into tidy boxes. The aim of the project is to promote sustainable living by donating used bags to charity rather than throwing them away creating waste. The bags will be donated to two charity societies, Tree of Life Society in Saar and Al Sanabel Orphan Care Society in Busaiteen.
