The Rotary Clubs of Bahrain are very proud to successfully complete our first joint project of this new Rotary Year. @friendsofrotaryd2452 The Rotary Clubs of Salmaniya, Adliya, Rotaract Club of Bahrain and Rotary Satellite Club of Manama Youth jointly delivered school bags to the Tree of Life Charity Society on Saturday 16th July 2022 as part of the From Us to You project. Rotary Club of Manama (RCM) has been serving the citizens and the local community of The Kingdom Of Bahrain for more than 56 years, and this year with its challenging obstacles is no exception. This year RCM has decided to focus on Challenged Youth, and help them integrate into the community and the workforce. RCM has been arranging Campaigns to raise funds to support and provide facilities, trainings, coaching, & mentorship for our Challenged Youth to have vocational skills to be independent and get jobs. We are also focusing on spreading awareness on early screening for sickle cell anaemia, and to design and furnish a fully equipped training room for drs and nurses from the GCC to receive training at SMC, as Bahrain Sickle Cell unit has become the Center of Excellence for their outstanding efforts to provide the medical care for patients with blood diseases.
